The English version of BD was release a little after the German version, by which time a few updates were made, so the English release was version 1.1.
The log file is different because you installed to a different directory than I did. I would have expected the configuration file to be the same if you did a fresh install and did not run the configuration program, but that file being different usually just means the resolution, FSAA or fog options are different. The folder and summaries are different because of the 2 file differences.
There is nothing that indicates a problem with the game itself (no missing or corrupt files).
Did you try shutting down everything else yet? Div.exe starts to load, but then either hangs, or calls the copy protection, which never comes up to check for the play CD.
