Bologna is pronounced Boh-low-nee. actually it is not ... ask any Italian it is pronounced Boh-lon-yah, however the term Bolognese reffering to something or someone from Bologna is pronounced Bol-lon-yais <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Bah! The movie industry seems determined to continue on a course where it happily erodes the rights of legitimate users, all in the name of securing profits. The latest example of this comes in the form of a DVD copy protection technology called Protect DVD-Video which actually prevents a DVD being played on a Windows PC using Windows Media Player, Windows Media Center Edition or any software players based on DirectShow.
The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?

which actually prevents a DVD being played on a Windows PC using Windows Media Player, Windows Media Center Edition or any software players based on DirectShow they tried that with music cd's.... only to discover, that windows plays it, as long as you booted up with the cd in the drive... It will in anycase only take about 1 month before the first global decrypter/decoded/de-region/de-css programs include that copy protection...... we have been installing a free de-region program on every machine we sold in the last 4 years.... (not to take copy protection out, but to make it easier to play zoned dvd's)
