It will be backwards compatible.... since DX 10 is not officially released yet... they are currently working with DX9.0c.... so its safe to assume that it will run on that....

hmmmmmm i will give vista a wide run-around until they sort out all the drivers issues.... i only JUST switched to 64bit for that same reason...
