Nonetheless to be directly responsible for the death of another human being must stain the soul.
Exactly what i mean, and a state who give his citizens the order to kill cannot do the right thing.
I must something say over the difference, in my eyes, betwen self-defense and judging/executing.
Self defence (and the defense of other Humans) is mostly an act with no time to think. Or not much Time to think.
I was once time in a situation to defeat my life. A drunken Neighbour feels disturbed of the crying from my little Niece (this happens for more then ten years) and stand in our door with an axe. Fortunately, it was me who opend the door after the door bells goes. He beat in the same seconc i was opend the door.
If my sister, or my Grandma, was openening the door ... i`m sure that they dont survive that. But it was me, and i can catch the axe. After a little fight i had our Neighbour under control. And nothing happened, but that was only luck. For me and for the drunken Neighbour. I dont had the time to think "Now i do this, or this ..." I have only react. I damaged the Hand and the Foot from our Neighbour because i had to turn the axe out of his hands and hold him on the floor up to the coming of the police.
But i think, if i was forced to kill him in this situation (maybe i smashed his Head at a wall) i can (must) life with that. I`m only reacting without thinking.
But gives me a State, or a person the order to bring a Human to death i have time to think. And if i had time to think i knew exactly what i do.
I kill a other Human. Thats the fact. And if i do this, i do it in the same way a killer does it. With computation.
