well, lost 1.5kg already. stil got +/- 8kg to go. I hope to lose another 4.5kg by the beginning of February

One and a half kg already? How did you do it?

I lost 3 kg. But my reference weight was measured right after the festive meals of X-mas and new year.

I am so obsessed with losing weight i floss my brush before i get onto the scale

but in anycase... keep up the good work. I have also lost 1kg after my spree in the garden... its amazing how much you can lose when you are doing HARD manual labour.

please be aware that the loss may not be solid mass but water loss. not to be a wet blanket but to have an effective weight management, we need some reality check too, no? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

- 30m on the hometrainer (5 times last week, going to 45mins this week)
- not eating too much, limit the portions of food
- no more beer every day, only in weekends, replace it with water

Thanks for the tips! (No more beer/wine every day ... Isn't that one of the signs of the Apocalypse?)
