Each save is a separate subfolder in the BD 'savegames' folder. If you installed the game to the default location, that would be 'C:\Program Files\Larian Studios\Beyond Divinity\savegames'. You need to browse there in Window Explorer in order to copy and move files around for the duplication procedure.
