Normaly the pieces of the Dragon Armour, or the Larian/Silver Armour.
But at the fact that it is every Skill of Weapons/Armours are random based, there is no way to promise that you dont find a better Weapon/Armour.
So, at last, it is every time a risk to use the Runes.
And that is just like in real life.
