Some years ago it was not so bad.
For Val's day people just sent nice postcards to the boys or the girls they liked.
It was not only a day for lovers but the occasion to say to someone you liked him/her.
The people very shy just sent anonymous cards and it was funny to guess who had sent the card.
It was not commercial at all : no present, no flowers, no restaurant.
At last the people were very happy if they had received a lot of cards.
