Streng genommen ist "Na?" kein kompletter Satz, da das Verb fehlt. Richtigerweise müsste es "Na, willst Du?" heissen.
Ich würde behaupten wollen, daß es sich bei "Na" um eine Interjektion handelt, mit denen man durchaus einen Satz mit nur einem Wort machen kann. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/idea.gif" alt="" />
