I experianced "such unusual" things when I played DD. When I blinked my eyes, I could see the game for a moment... with music.
One of my absolutely scariest moments in my life was when I had been playing fairly long, looked out of my window, and asked my self : "What kind of screen refresh rate has reality ?"
