You could have cleared all the BF without entering the dungeons. It gives you a lot of potions. I have over 50 for each of small, medium and large vitality and mana potions. The experiance makes you level up. But it won't make much of a difference as the DK's in the patrol areas will also level up (upto level 12 in my case) as per the level of your character.
I haven't needed to sneak till now in the game. Actually I don't know how to use the sneak mode and perhaps I don't care about knowing it too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
