Thanks guys! I totally forgot that stairwell in the southwest corner of the 4th level after entering one of the unlocked middle tombs on the 3rd level. I think I'd just happened to go there first and then explored the rest of the level. By the time I'd gone topside to rest up, hunted outside the town some then went back down I'd forgot about it. I wound up going back through the rest of the dungeon thinking that I'd missed something to unlock the 2nd tomb on the 3rd level. I feel like such an idiot! Thanks so much for your quick responce.
