It bascily improve's your accurcey as well as hit damage!![/color]
Actually, the damage portion of Crossbow Expertise is broken, though the recuperation time bonus works. The skill True Shot is also broke, though even without it, archery can be quite powerful (especially if using Poison Weapon).
