It will be very difficult to kill Josephine and collect the 3 ceremonial items but situation will not become much easier if you try this at the end. I would suggest: 1)Level 32 with deathknight lvl28, 2)command aura (to take control of josephine's deathknight), 3)Fade of sight, 4)Many many potions.
