There is no tutorial, only the manual, which provides excelent detail. The learning curve is steep at first while you get the hang of the interface and the rules, but nice and gradual after that. They include new elements every few levels (eg. new ICEs start to appear in level 3 or higher systems.) Expect to stumble about and even die a few times early in the game.
