I pointed out in the German forum that the game can't really be based on Shadowrun because it uses 20 sided dice while Shadowrun only uses 6 sided ones.

There are two console games called "Shadowrun"... one for the SNES and one for the Mega Drive/Genesis. They are both based on the P&P RPG Shadowrun. Personally I think the MD version is better than the SNES one but that's just my opinion.
