I can't complete the Doctor Elrath quest because i cannot report him to Commander Ralph, since he's locked himself in his room!
What can i do? is it possible to lockpick his door? if so, what lockpick skill will i need?

If you went into his office and he gets mad and locks it, I think he'll come out again in due time. Check again a day later or so.
