Good and evil are pretty much inconsequential. The game is "kill or be killed". I can see some opportunity for good or evil to be played out. One of the existing cards is:

Caged Unicorn
Use the Rune Stone to free the Unicorn. The Unicorn aids the heroes for this encounter. Once the unicorn is freed and all minions are defeated, the Unicorn removes 1 Damage from each hero.

Let's add to that:

If all minions are defeated and the unicorn is still caged, you may immediately kill it to gain the treasure and defeat the encounter, but do not gain any experience.
