There do not appear to be any problems with the game files. Some of the differences found are due to simply having changed options, a couple files are modified after the game starts, and Larian updated the intro video at some point after the initial release (your CRC value matches that reported by a couple other people).

Actually, I also have the UK version. The UK and North American versions are the same, except for packaging.
