Wichtig sind zunächst mal die unoffiziellen Patches 1.37 und 1.38 (die natürlich nach dem offiziellen 1.1 Patch installiert werden müssen).
Zum Patch 1.37 findet man hier alle Infos. Zum 1.38 leider erst im ZIP-File, weshalb ich mir erlaube, sie hier zu posten (ist nicht viel):

1501HARG.BCS (Hargrimm & The Silent King) - Repair the Silent King bug
in Fix Pack 1.37, which causes Hargrimm and the Skeleton Guards to
turn red and become hostile even after Hargrimm has agreed to let you
leave in peace.
AR0500.BCS (Lower Ward) - Repair the Mar's Ornate Box Quest bug. The
bug is that if you enter the Lower Ward for the first time without the
box but have not spoken to Mar, then the only dialog choice you have
is telling him that you have been outside the Hive with the cursed box
he gave you.
LENS11.ITM (Optix) - Allows you to use the "Knock" ability of the
Optix lens when Nordom equips it, as the item description says.
M3CTEETH.ITM, M3PTEETH.ITM (Ingress' Teeth +3) - Allows Ingress's
Teeth
+3 to paralyze enemies with crushing or piercing attack just as the
item description says.
Dann gibt es noch das Restoration Pack, was eine riesige Liste von zusätzlichen Dialogzeilen und Szenen einbaut. Ich schau mich mal um, ob ich da eine Liste zum verlinken finde - zum Posten ist sie viel zu lang.
EDIT: Okay, hier gibt es ein deutsches Forum, das sich kurz über das Pack unterhält. Hier ist mal eine kleine Liste - laut der Readme wird aber noch so einiges mehr hinzugefügt.
Übrigens denke ich wirklich, wenn man des Englischen halbwegs mächtig ist, sollte man unbedingt das Spiel auf Englisch spielen. Das sagt übrigens praktisch jeder PS:T-Fan.
