If your saves were working before this won't cause them to stop working.

Set them both just to make sure the problem is solved.
As long as we're on the subject, I name my save AKA and keep that as my main save writing over it. Occasionally when I save my game I get an error message. I just change the name and add 111 to the end of the name I was using then delete the one that produced the message. Sometimes it won't delete. After a while that save gives me the same proplem but the other name will work fine. Other times after exiting the game I tried to delete the problematic save folder but access was denied.
