I defeated the Black Ring chick and got only two ceremonial items. I then later discover the 3rd item is supposed to be a quarter staff that she was carrying. Only problem is, I can't find the staff, I think I either lost it somewhere or sold it. Anyway I can spawn this item?

Is it possible to use an item editor to make this quest item?
