doesn't matter much, where did you request your media wiki?
I got to say that
elwiki looks nice too, cause once your site grows to over 10 pages of content, they will register a .com, .net, or .org domain for the wiki site, at no cost

Only got to live with google ads to the right side. (Tough firefox, adblock blocks them from being showed.)
