You're a dragon? it is hard to hide as a dragon. That is probably why I saw you <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> Can you fly? because that will become invaluable in the future.

The dragons in our party have not yet undergone their draconic transformations. We are going to try to keep from overpowering our story. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

She's not a dragon yet. Before the story was posted, we all discussed this issue. The consensus was that we would all enter as "first level" characters, but dragons are higher level by nature. Both DQueene and jvb will become dragons at some point (if I'm reading between the lines correctly), but not until we have earned some XP.

We've all sorta stretched the boundaries of that "first level" idea, but I think we can have some newbie-type adventures with this group before we have dragons in our midst and the like and become the "Worldwide Super Avengers of Everything Against Any Foe." <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

We all know that first level adventurers are nothing more than hors de Oveurs for any creature they might come across. So we stretch it a bit. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Yeah maybe we should make them at least partially mage or druid characters...then they could use a polymorph spell....

ROTFL! Well I didn't want to just come right out and say "first level characters suck!" That would hardly be lady like, now would it?

1) We are Dragons who are shapeshifted to elves, humans, whatever - but our true nature is Dragon.
2) We are magic and mages by nature and some of us shapeshift at will - which means I could be that little Chihuahua. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
3) In the story we don't know this - can you imagine being teleported to this world and being a Dragon and absolutely freaking out? Maximum damage, I would imagine.

Guys, we need to have a pow wow about making other characters do things. If you have the other person's agreement for you to do that than it's okay. I know it might slow things down some, but you can't make anyone do anything. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Okay?

Now, we have a paradox because I wanted to force Lucidity to answer a very important question. Where did he get that book? He could have gotten it from the Orcs who stole Lynn... or anything!

The book is one that I have always had, it was left behind when my village and my parents were killed. It is the only link I have to that incident besides my sword.
