We may not want to sleep, but right after a dimensional transportation of some kind, we would probably need to. After that though, since most of the party is some flavor of non or half human we can probably go longer without sleep.

As the cleric I'll probably hold my character back and let you fighters and mages and whatnot deal with problems (except when the battle rage comes over me via Nero). That way I'll always be able to heal.
The universe is expanding -- that should ease traffic.
