I am having issues gettin fighters to be able to dual wield(getting the two weapon feats)...I know that for the two weapon fighting feat you have to have a dex of at least 13 are there any other requirements like a level restriction or anything?
Looking at the book:
Two-Weapon Fighting: No prerequisits.
Ambidexterity: Dexterity 15.
Improved Two-Weapon Fighting: Ambidexterity, Two-Weapon Fighting, Base Attack Bonus +9.
