Mercurio was just some powerful monk, claiming that he almost had the secrets to life and death.

I should have no problem taking him out now, because my new character seems to be doing better so far. Not sure why my first character was so bad, I didn't spread my attributes out thin.

Vampire Redemption seems to have its own rules with attributes. I already raised my stamina some, then you hear people say its not really needed. I can see where the equipment is a lot more important than certain stats, but I am not going to worry over five points if my performance is better.

Mercurio is early in the game, so I will see him soon again.

Edit:

There was one important thing about this game I did forget about. You gain experience through out your play and can spend it anytime you wish at your haven. You don't have to wait until you so call level. So I guess my first character was playing weaker than he had to be.

Even though with my second character, I have only spent experience points once like the first and still seem to be doing a lot better.

Edit:

Damn, I must have done something right with my stats and equipment. I walked through Mercurio this time like he was a standard enemy. The battle was over before it even started, I was still casting buffs when he was defeated. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ROFL.gif" alt="" />
