Two rounds of granary Toast with lots of Strawberry jam on them and of coarse.....A Cup of tea.

breakfast on the boat back to Belgium (I came from Scotland, very nice country)
3 toasts and a very nice...euh..."koffiekoek"

This morning : Two toasted slices of bread.

Since then : Nothing.

well to my detriment, my chef forgot to cook something for me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> of course I only found that out after he had left, thus I had the left over Mash Potatoes with some melted Parmesan and hollandaise and a couple of slices of Foccacia *sigh* Life is tough sometimes <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

for dinner, i just had with my white rice;
1. stir fried eggplant (spicy hot with prawn paste)
2. pork in soy sauce with ginger slices
3. stir fried cucumber with pork slices

for asian, this is a very modest menu.

Well <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bday_jump.gif" alt="" /> I confronted my Chef today with "You owe me a Dinner!" after a few minutes of blank looks I explained about last night and he said he would make up for it tonite .... THAT HE DID!!

• Fillet au Poivre (pepper Steak to you and me)
• Asparagus au Hollandaise
• Roasted Potato Wedges
• Salada Pommodoro (Tomato salad with onions Parmesan and Balsamic)
• finished with Chocolate Mousse, Creme Chantilly and Strawberries
• and a Double Espresso Arabica

And Jangg, trust me after that I can only say Thank the Gods I have a high metabolism <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
