Ditto, I don't have a clue what is going on but I would like to know before I go to Nebraska <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

• Kiya's Magic Mirror showed us two sep groups of Orcs converging on us
• She saw a cave and ran into it and everyone but Dragh followed her
• Kiya fell into a hole and it turned out to be a sewer pipe (system?) through which the Magic Mirror showed a path to the castle Lynn is being kept at
• Dragh & BG killed all the Orcs (all by themselves)
• We decided to follow the sewers to the castle after a few mishaps
• We just killed a bunch of poisonous mystical rats
• Everyone's back together and ready to head for the castle
• I have a signet ring, Kiya has an old key and a map of the sewers we found in a chest in the cave
• BG's website has quest log & maps on it here

Hope I haven't forgotten anything... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" /> If I have somebody please add to my list! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Maybe its just me but if we are low level characters shouldnt we have a little more trouble with a big group of orcs??? I dont want to rewrite the story but maybe next time they should call for backup... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

and about the orcs, maybe they were low lvl 2?
But i do agree, we should act more like low lvls..

I agree, too. BTW, Dragh didn't kill all of the orcs, just the biggest ones. The rest ran away in fear. I had a lucky shot with the orc leader and one of the other orcs(backstabbing bonus applied).

Besides, they were red orcs. Not the usual variety, so maybe they were "training orcs"?

My assumption on the 'snacks' are that we had our backpacks taken with us. If I would normally have it in a backpack I was carrying than it's there - limited supply of course. We have to find a local food supply soon.

One thing that was agreed on when you were gone is that instead of being level 1 characters, we're more like characters with amnesia and some things we know how to do but don't know why we know them. Some things we have to relearn, such as spells.

It's not to late to change this assumption, but since so many of the people were writing their characters 'above' lvl 1 or 2, it seemed the best route to go.

You did great jvb. How we recover our memory is an individual thing and we may not have been experienced at a lot of things we're doing now. The main idea was for swords and crossbow skills. We'd look like BG in the Lair if we didn't have some sort of prior skill - you know [color:"orange"]swoosh-swoosh-owwww [/color]. I'm not going to be casting fireballs lvl 4 anytime soon. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

And I'll say it once more..
remember that we are lowlvls.
So we cant be winning everything *that* easily.
also, dqueene and I have been talking about maybe more detailed fights..

I think we need to coordinate a time to fight, or at least wait for whoever wants to post to a fight to have a chance. Some people won't be available, but with their agreement we can actually post around them.

if you ever need help, with sites etc, webdesign is what I'll intend to do in the future.

Ok I had an Idea for fighting/gaining xp...we can always learn things in battle...nothing like combat to make you do something on instinct...and okay they were training orcs... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> as for fights themselves we can always just make them take longer (real time) so that more people can be involved, it may be kind of hard to get everone here at the same time. By the way I think some of us should go crazy rush in and get captured soon...WHOS WITH ME <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
