The elders of Chelm noticed that somebody was stealing from the poorbox. At a loss for how to handle the situation, the town elders finally decided to put the poorbox up near the ceiling where thieves could not reach it. After some time passed they realized their error. Nobody could reach the box to make donations. They conferred on the matter and decided to place a ladder to the poorbox so that people could now make donations.


Maybe if enough people complain, MS will change their plans--or is that just wishful thinking?
