I found out that Keiro personal firewall does that too, plus it clashes with some of my games.
I cant play Swat 4 with that firewall enabled because you can't select any thing on the menu of the game.
So, changed AGAIN - now trying 'Safety.Net firewall' - so far so good. And EVEN LESS of a resource drain than the other 2.
