Das klingt aber eher nach einem Festplattenfehler.

Geh doch mal auf www.microsoft.com und gib diese Fehlermeldung in der dortigen Suchfunktion ein. Manchmal wird sogar was interessantes ausgespuckt.
Oder versuch dies mal mit Google.
