Well it is official I am going to Las Vegas for two weeks after my exams. Going to try win a satellite and try to get into a WSOP event. Has any one been there yet and know places you just have to visit?

I would like to tell you guys all about it after I come back but there is a law "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". Well it's still 2 months away first let's hope I pass my exams.

Oh Morbo, you will have an awesome time! There is so much to see and do. You have to see the Pirate Show, the dancing fountains and catch the magic acts. It was great shopping too. All of the Casinos have lights in the ceilings that change as the sun rises and sets, so you practically don't have to go outside. You are lucky you get to go. But remember, what goes on in Vegas, stays in Vegas! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shhh.gif" alt="" />

Came back last week. It was amazing (didn't win the WSOP) (did win back my airline tickets).

Brief synops:

Airplane hell and passport hell (some problem, needed to contact the embassy) (mist a wsop tourny cos of that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Las Vegas is HOT (122°F record heat at one day).
Lovely views (landscapes).
Lovely views (women)(I'm a pig) .
great poker.
slots are fun (6$ input 600$ output <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> )
Las Vegas is HOT.
Grand canyon helicopter ride is spectacular.
guys sitting next to you throwing up in helicopter is not spectacular.
Lewis Black is the king of comedy.
Spamalot was ok.
Penn and Teller disappoints.
nightclubs were superb.
The Las vegas Stip in long :s.
the food was bad (too much on the fat side)
hotel was nice.
airplane ride back annoys
jetlag annoys even more.

Next year I'll go back? (all sings point to yes)
