You can get in the house using a lever which is hidden in the garden.
I believe it's a teleporter stone, actually. Partially hidden behind some stone
at the west side of his house. Or maybe I'm thinking of another quest?
First you have to solve the quest of the people murdered in Vesdistis.
They're kinda the same quest, actually. They're completed at the same place; Pierce's wine shop in Verdistis. You will talk to him and he'll give you permission to look around in his shop, eventually you'll end up in his cellar... The answer is hidden down there.
