i just got back my PC (a friend gutted it for spare parts which he replaced with newer & faster ones) & even though it's upgraded with some bells & whistles, i am not so happy. lost quite a huge chunk of data including save games (ok, maybe they're not so important), documents (now THOSE are), personal writings (*sob*), & collected pics (especially those abstract CG arts from artists no longer online). oh well, i suppose i will get over it soon. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
It still might be possible to recover lost data. I am not sure exactly how to do it, but I have read that there are ways to possibly recover them.
