I tried that to get books and had no luck. I stole one from arcanna but it did not work so I sold it back for 6000. Maybe I just do not have the touch but I have found the weapons I like and am getting real high dollar drops plus a lot of charms and traps. The thing that gets me is armer does not seem to matter I do as good with low quality armor as I do with armor rated at 300.
