A couple of the Raanaar rebel quests give more reward if completed in a 'good' way rather than violent.
There is not going to be another patch (
1.49 was the last), but with the discussion of moral dilemmas in DD2, we can hope the method of completing quests will have significant repercussions, at least in some cases.
