Never ever CDV, I assume.

I assume they're also as done with them as we fans are.

I'm hoping they'll be using an mid-range publisher, or, if an bigger one, then under special conditions, whgich are good then for Larian.

I believe they've learned from their past mistakes.

Besides, I think that putting several weeks between the release in each country could make early bugfixing less hectic - would be only for a single country at a time, then.

Agreed... the problems with CDV likely dented the sales as much as threefold or even more. And it looks like once the publisher had met their "set" target of sales, they didn't seem to bother with advertising. To be frank: even in Singapore, I hadn't even heard much of the game until one of my American pals mentioned it. And many of my rpg friends didn't even know about this game!

Anyways, I don't think the poor sales were just 'cos of 2d games: just look at some of the controller games converted to PC format. Good press and PR can even turn over the tide and sooth the players especially when another technology is still new. That's when 3d was quite new and things looked so ugly, I couldn't stand most of them 3d games.

Yeah... well, whoever the publisher will be: I hope they take good care of the localisations. I've heard of games which were really good but were "destroyed" by poor translations.
