thanks for all the info but the entrance simply isnt there and it is not due to inaccessible parts of the dungeon. i am serious the third dungeon in act 1 only has one floor in my game and i have already had to start over twice due to compatability issues on my vista laptop. i am just going to go ahead and skip those last two quests and go on with the game, i will try again next play through.
