I had no clue you could make a bed out of straw! I think I'm gona try that next time.
In regards to the gem, does that mean you must duplicate it before giving it to one of the soldiers? I have the mirror but I must have missed the book.
Yeah right now I'm lvl 15 and I'm at stun level 3. I was originally going for pure strength with about a 15 point gain with strength over all the other attributes but quickly realized I needed agility and constitution balanced out. I'm also upgrading my mace and axe proficiency to level 4 very soon but I can't see myself as an archer warrior since its deadly enough having a recoup time of about 7 with a melee weapon but with a bow its probably 10 or so and crossbow is around 12.
I'm constantly getting mauled by orcs so I have two mage skills which is the aura shield and that comes in really handy and also the heal wounds which is great because health potions are so scarce.
I'm definitely trying for a warrior/white mage instead of a "mixed all over the place" class and some of the mage skills especially summoning and curing/defense look really promising.
Although I read a review on the game saying some of the skills are outright useless but I can't say so as I'm just experimenting. I can say that feign death isn't quite so useful if you have the spider statuette as most of the enemies don't leave the area when you feign.
But anyway I'm ranting.. great game , its totally addictive and I haven't played a game like this in a while. Kinda reminds of Diablo II but with elements of Baldur's Gate mixed in especially with the environments.
