If you back up to the root page of Kiya's site (
here), there is an email address listed, but I don't know if or how often she checks it.
Sir Patrick's gate is suppose to be unlocked, and the deed is required for another quest in Verdistis. You may want to go grab the chests from the treasure room and move them outside to Lockpick later. Eventually the teleporter pad will be disabled, and you will not be able to get back in (by normal means, anyway).
