[color:"#00bfff"]Ascolan swooped under Jvb, supporting him carefully with his wing - he lost his balance for a short moment - then he took up speed - we played in the air together - soaring up - dancing spirals - touching - loosing contact - touching again - a bit up to the sun - a bit down to the earth - DQueene made loopings - I was weightless... sheer movement... wind... balance... harmony. Amber, silver and red drew a painting in the sky... loosing each other... meeting... entwining... and the red colour was never alone...
I looked down and saw our group, we swooped down, I jumped from Ascolan's back without looking back - though I heard a Flippertyflipperty..thud... ouch... and ran up to Jolie to explain him hurridly about the demon army ready to march via Beregost and our plans to fly to Venificus, hoping to think up of something. He turned pale. Willow listened attentively and I noticed her playing with a small flask... This awakened my curiosity:
"What are you playing with?"
She smiled sadly:
"I believe this is a nymph's tear..." My amulet started to vibrate and hum slowly. I took it into my palm and held it against her flask. Both liquids started to glimmer and turn...
A nearly forgotten thought struck me: Mutabar's fate - nymphs!!! I was torn between a deep inner conflict: My vow to the sad nymph in the crystal and my loyalty towards my old companion Nero...
"Willow - can you help me? I promised to free a nymph's voice - but I have to help Nero, too. Please, could you do it for me? And if not for me, for the sake of the nymphs?"
She looked at the flask, then into my eyes, then into my crystal amulet and nodded slowly. I was relieved, hugged her very tightly and thankfully. Then I explained in short about the Doom Wizard Arkumbar, who had entwined the nymph's voice with his strongest troll Mardum - I added LaShandra's warning that the troll could not be killed as long as he had the nymph's voice.
"Oh, and one last warning: Take care of brooks, lakes and rivers. Nymphs live there, they are at service of Arkumbar. If he knows about your plans, they will have to sing for you and then you can't move, or worse."
With these last words I ran back to my comrades, waved to the others and we took off - up into the air - to Venificus at Double Raven Castle.
Meeting his fate or ours? Who will survive? Can we save Nero? Prevent the demon army taking over Beregost? Will we three see the group ever again?
