East of the church in the temple complex, in the northern part of the graveyard, you can find what you need to complete this quest.
There is a mirror in one of the graves. A book describes how to disable the seeing stone, which I assume is in the same location. Basically, you need to leave the mirror in one of the places shown by the seeing stone, and then activate the stone again.
