Hello! You're almost to the exit of the dungeon! Using the teleporter where you are stuck isn't necessary, it will just save you a little bit of walking. Check out this map:
Iona's Dungeon Level 1 As you can see, you don't have far to go. Just book it to the exit if you really can't fight anymore. You can always come back and clear out the dungeon when you're stronger. There's also a health shrine near the exit if you're being attacked by mobs of skeletons.
