Hello, all.

I've made some progress and am now stuck IN the river south of Aleroth. That's right. I'm stuck IN the section of the river below the bridge next to the troll cave and can't get back on to the land. Somebody please tell me there's a way for me to get back to dry land without having to restart my entire game.

Don't you have a quicksave that would only take you back a little bit?

So presumably you do not have either teleporter stone yet?

If you do not have a recent quicksave, there are a couple ways to get out of the river.

If there are any opponents around, you could use the skill Flash Attack to get unstuck. iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from Kiya's site, with description) can give you an extra skill point to learn it.


You can use the following procedure to temporarily get a set of teleporter stones, then toss one onto the bank and click on the other in your inventory to teleport out. Once out, you could pick up the teleporter stone on the ground, save and then finish the file swap procedure to get your original inventory back.

Alternately, if you have one or both teleporter stones (just not with you), you can use the following procedure to get out temporarily, long enough to go get a teleporter stone.

Finally, you can change your character's position directly: Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor.
