It seems to me that Lar managing too many people. One person can handle only 6-8 people.
Depends on natural talent and HOW you try to manage, honestly. Any manager who tries to take on too much will fail to handle it well, whatever the size of their team, while the reverse is also true.
(Obviously this is a general comment on management and NOT aimed at any manager browsing this forum. No offence is meant to anyone)
