Well, ideally Lar would be in charge of creative development, and then have several different department leaders who he would meet with on a regular schedule to discuss how everything was going and lay out a schedule. Take a lot of stress off him, and make things nice and organized and hierarchical!
Hopefully after Ego Draconis wins 100 awards including many Game of the Year awards and they rake in millions of dollars they can afford to hire some more people for the next game.
