Again, many thanks for your help, I've managed to get the details sorted and the new config.div file in place. As I said, I'm keeping all my saves, and the old config.div file in another folder on a different drive, so then at least I'll be able to go back and restore the originals if necessary. As you mentioned, I haven't modified the config.lcl file, and (touch wood) all appears to be well.
Many thanks again for all your help - and I know that you must have been more than a bit irritated when what you said seemed to be a bit weird to me, however, all that's in the past now. As you may well have guessed, I do NOT like tampering with the carious files on any programme - it can lead to all sorts of unwanted problems as you know; however I will do it if it just involves a config file, and I've a pretty good idea of what has to be changed, though as I've told you, I'll always keep a backup so that if there's any untoward problem, it can easily be restored.
