I already know about the portal stones, but I can not get into the room where the deed is. Is there a lever combo that is suppose to open the door? Lock picking does not work and I am level 5

You need to get all of the doors to the 4 small rooms open, and then pull the central lever to open the treasure room. Taking the teleporter pad out of the house and returning should reset the levers. Specifically:
