You need to get all of the doors to the 4 small rooms open, and then pull the central lever to open the treasure room. Taking the teleporter pad out of the house and returning should reset the levers. Specifically:
pull the NW lever down, then the SE lever, then the central lever. Leave the NE and SW levers up.
